Everything that goes in and on your body will determine your health status. Mouthwashes, perfumes, lotions, chapsticks, nail polishes, even mascara can eventually disrupt your overall health. If you have an overload of toxins accumulated over time, you will need to detox from those and stop using them. Limit toxins from collecting in your liver and give it a break!

Movement is necessary for better health and prevents you from getting the creaks and keeps your bones, ligaments and muscles from getting stagnant. Walking is by far the best form of movement. I don't even recommend running as that is too hard on the skeletal system. Rebounding is also recommended for those who have better balance.

If you don't control your emotions, they can wreak havoc not only on your mental state, but on your physical state as well. We all have emotional issues. No one can say they don't have any issues in that area. But what can you do if you don't know which emotions are festering inside enough to be able to release them? Biofeedback can determine not only which emotions are undermining your well being, but also determine which minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, toxins, are building up and making your body not perform in a balanced state.
